Send us an email at phoshipk@gmail.com or Whatsapp 03359811927 mentioning the reason for the exchange with the order number, and in reply we will send you our address for sending the return parcel, once you get the address you can send the exchange item in the same packaging, tagged and same condition. Kindly mention your ORDER NUMBER, NAME , CONTACT NUMBER on the return package.
Note: Please make sure that the item being exchanged is in new, tagged, and odorless condition. If the item is not in this condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the item will be shipped back to you..
